What is the Puerto Rico Chapter of the Healthcare Financial Management Association?

The Puerto Rico Chapter of Healthcare Financial Management Association (PRHFMA) is recognized as the predominant organization to meet the educational and professional development needs of Puerto Rico with careers in financial areas that are related to the healthcare industry. This includes, but is not limited to Administrators, Chief Financial Officers, Reimbursement Specialists, Managed Care Professionals, Patient Financial Services Professionals, Certified Public Accountants and a myriad of other professionals in related organizations.

The Chapter sponsors various educational opportunities each year. While most attendees are members of HFMA, we do have a significant number of non-members who rely on our organization for education and CPE credit. The Puerto Rico Chapter of HFMA currently has approximately 130 members.
